Surf Special Week:

As it was a bit difficult this year to plan the surfing holiday and to decide if you want to go to the sea for surfing or not, we have planned a week with a full program for you. You will have the opportunity to spend a week with like-minded people where you will get a little more insight into the world of surfing and their lifestyle. Everybody is welcome and it doesn't matter which surf level you have. Together we will surf, eat, laugh and go on excursions.
We will visit a shaper, so you can see what it takes to make a surfboard. We will also learn how to repair a surfboard ourselves so that you can repair your own dings in the future.
As a reminder of this week, will be taken during the surf sessions, whether in the surf course or in the surf guiding and then analyzed in the group. You are of course allowed to take these photos home for memories. After the surf sessions there will be in total 3 surf-specific stretching session, so that our muscles can recover well after the surf.
In addition, various joint excursions are planned to explore the beautiful area in the southwest of Europe. For the evenings we have planned a barbecue with fire in the chill-area and good music, sunset watching from the highest mountain of the Algarve with following visit in a typical portuguese restaurant, as well as common meals in the surf villa. Living the dream! In addition, we undertake further excursions together, which we discuss spontaneously on site, where everyone who feels like it can join.
We are looking forward to a great week with you. The places are limited to a maximum of 14 people, so that we can enjoy a familiar and more personal atmosphere.
Accommodation and Catering:
This beautiful surf villa is located directly in Arrifana, 10 minutes walk from the beach, on the southwest coast of Portugal. The house is close to three beaches, where there are also grocery stores, bars and restaurants.
The house offers six double rooms with one double bed or two single beds and a private bathroom. There is also a large living room, an indoor kitchen and a fully equipped outdoor kitchen, dining room and an outdoor area with garden chill-areas, yoga platform and vegetable garden.
Catering
Breakfast (included)
With our fresh and balanced breakfast you can start the day well fortified. There is muesli, local bread, cheese, sausage, jam, Nutella and fruit. We also serve coffee, tea and orange juice.
Dinner at the restaurant (1x included)
Together with all participants we will have two dinners in a selected, local restaurant. The dinner includes starter, main course, dessert and drinks (wine, beer, juice, water, café).
Dinner at the camp (not included)
After a day at the sea, you can sit back and enjoy a glass of Portuguese wine and the delicacies of the house. You will be cooked with ingredients fresh from the market by our kitchen team. The dinner can be booked flexibly on site and costs €17.50 per evening (starter, main course and drinks such as wine, beer and water). Special dietary habits or allergies can of course be taken into consideration (please let us know in advance).
Barbecue and Cocktail Night (included)
We are looking forward to the barbecue and cocktail evening with local barbecue specialties, delicious drinks from bartender Sven, a campfire in the chill-area and good music. Let us surprise you and enjoy with all guests and the team a nice evening in the well-kept garden of the villa.

Surf:
The southwest coast of Portugal, offers waves for every level. From beach breaks to point breaks, you can find everything here, and all this in close proximity to the surf villa. Depending on the conditions, you can choose from countless beaches on the west and south coast, making the southwest coast one of the best surfing areas in Europe. All these beaches can be reached with a maximum drive of half an hour. Here you can choose "suitable waves" according to your level and preferences. Due to the southern location, warm temperatures prevail here all year round, so that one can always surf.
There are three main beaches in the immediate vicinity: Monte Clerico, Amoreira and Arrifana, which is even considered a top spot in the region and is only a 5-10 minute walk from the villa.
All the surfing activities offered are carried out by a local surf school. The team is very knowledgeable and offers, in addition to a lot of experience, maximum safety, professionalism and quality. The equipment for the surf course also meets the highest quality standards!
SURF EQUIPMENT
Participants of the surf course can use the equipment on site (surfboard & wetsuit). Advanced surfers who participate in the surf guiding course can either rent the equipment from the camp or bring their own equipment.
Getting there:
The journey takes place independently. We offer a collective transfer on Saturday the 26.09. and bring you back to the airport in Faro on 03.10.
You can also fly to the airport in Lisbon, where there are several buses daily to Aljezur (10min. from the camp). From there we will pick you up.

More infomartions:
During our Surf Special week the focus is on surfing. However, it is almost as important to us to introduce our guests to the culture and the unique nature of the area. In consideration of the surfing sessions, depending on the swell forecast and tide, there are therefore daily activities. These excursions are planned together directly on site, and of course nobody is forced to go along if he/she prefers to relax or surf independently. A half day trip is included in the package, should there be any costs for the other activities, these will be divided among the participants and charged on site. As many of the activities take place in nature, however, you do not have to reckon with large additional costs. And the trips with the vans are also included in the package.
